Historic Renovations with RsCrete™

Downtown historic period renovations are desirable from a residential standpoint and reenergize many cities and waterfronts. Taking what is dilapidated beyond use and turning it into something new and exciting is the vision of developer Todd Drummond of the Drummond Group. Their refurbishing of the old Schumacher Carriage Works (circa 1850) on Dauphin Street in the downtown historic walking tour district of Mobile, Alabama, turned this registered landmark into a popular, upscale place to live, work and shop. Surprisingly, the two buildings which incorporate the “Carriage Works” project have undergoneonly minor changes over the years which the Drummond Group valued.
