Ancient Modern Finishes, Inc. of Bonita Springs, Florida creates exactly what the company name inspires, a pleasing combination of Old World warmth with modern day sparkle. Florian Spahui, owner of Ancient Modern Finishes, Inc. has been mastering his unique style of decorative finishing for over 24 years, the past nine of which have been in South Florida. Florian launched his faux finishing career in 1985 after being inspired by a house restoration project in Albania.

In 1990, he moved to Athens, Greece, and over the next ten years, he studied fine art and Italian plaster techniques in both Greece and Italy while building a successful business in the region.....
