Career Change

Several years ago, Shayna Smith was a project manager for a small restoration contractor in Fort Myers, FL, 24/7 Cleaning and Restoration, designing concepts for mold and water remediation. Her job entailed developing plans to bring their clients back to a healthy living environment, reversing the damage caused from leaky roofs, broken pipes, and natural disasters. She was especially busy in the wake of Hurricane Charley, trying to bring displaced customers back to a sense of normalcy. Shayna’s organizational skills and hands-on knowledge of the business’ scientific standards proved her to be a meticulous yet compassionate manager, keeping the homeowners apprised of the work done, while directing subcontractors and work crews to complete each project in a professional and timely manner.....
